It is a very good thing that I got a laptop... because my poor desktop decided to Bork.

As in.. turn puter on... smell smoke.. then no more puter.

This is rather bad as there's a goodly amount of music , and stories and poetry still on that puter.

Hrmm. Will have to invest in puter being repaired..

Hope all are well... posts will be sporadic until Grog and I can figure out why our wireless router doesn't want to cooperate.

Sooo.. it's a sad sad day in Meccahi-land

ComiCon sold out of booth space in November. Their rep said the best bet to get in 2008 is to pre-register on the last day of ComiCon at noon when they open the booth up. Be there with cash in hand.

So I guess that's the plan. Do Louisiana again this year and pre-register for ComiCon 2008... and DragonCon as well since they've sold out too..

Seriously disappointed.

The guy said to send in my application anyways.. but that there was a very very VERY slim chance that I'd actually get in.

Just another sign that I need to get on the ball with these kinds of things..although their rep did say that this was the first time that this has ever happened.

Guess I know where I'll be on July 29th 2007. Standing in a really long line.
