Too Weird Not To Share
Apr. 7th, 2011 02:32 pmSo... my next show is the Georgia Renaissance Festival. I've decided that I'm sick of living in a tent, and I get more work done when I have the basic things I need like... electricity. Lordy how I wish I owned a trailer at every show so I could avoid this mess.
Anyways. So I posted an ad on Craigslist.
Here's my ad:
$300 Artist in Need of Room for 2 Months ASAP (Fairburn)
Hello!
I'm a traveling artisan in town for two months for a show, and am looking for a temporary place to rent. I am female, non smoker with no pets. I'm looking for something preferably lightly furnished ( as in..a bed), and something somewhat close to Fairburn as that is where the show is taking place. The show is only on the weekends, and during the week I would be in my room making more art pieces to sell on the weekend.
I can pay somewhere around $200 to $300 a month, but this must include utilities and preferably internet as well.
I would also prefer a renting in a place that is non-smoking if possible..
I'm super easy going, and love to help cook and clean. I'm also into gaming ( board games, CCG's,RPG's and video games), so if you're a gamer that's a total bonus. I'm almost always working on art or out exploring. If you think we'd be a good fit please e-mail me via the Craigslist email above. I'll be driving in from across the country on April 13th and am looking to move in ASAP.
Seems pretty simple and straightforward right?

saw your posting on CL. we live off of rivertown rd in Fairburn. would love for you to stay with us. we're BOTH into games.
actually had a female gamer roommate a few months ago and had 3somes with her all the time in leau of rent.
let me know if you would be interested in that type of thing.

Exactly where in my ad did it say " Will trade sex ( and dignity) for rent?". Oh wait. It didn't. There's another section on Craigslist for sex ads. Maybe you should try there instead.
