Ummm yeah. My friends know me for my impulsiveness... I think I just topped that proverbial cake.

I made an offer on a house.

Not just a house... a schoolhouse. From the 1900's. In South Carolina. With a little over 2 acres of land. Next to a national forest.

Hopefully I did that right.

It was originally listed at 65K.. which was amazing in itself. Then they dropped it to 55K. This may be the craziest.. dumbest thing that I've ever done. I could go completely flat broke with this. Hell my loan application could even be denied ( Oh GOD I hope not)..

But Fuck it. I hate living in Arizona. I hate Phoenix and Mesa. I want my green and trees. I want something that's mine to do whatever the hell I want with. And it can be a Rennie Winter Station..

Oh Gods...

Heh.. it's going to need so much work done on it... but I think it will be worth it.. plus it's in the middle of nowhere.. which was what I was looking for...still a little uncertain about the South Carolina thing.. but it's green.. it's warm.. it rains and they have forests.. I guess it can't be that bad..
