Jul. 21st, 2005 01:58 pmSo... here I am once again at the repository of all that is Joy.. the local library with internet connection. I should be at work but there's a thunderstorm stomping about our area and I get all distractedly like when the rain comes. I want to run around nekked in it. Actually I did run around in it yesterday. Wet frolicking is bliss.
I have taken up jogging. Hell-oooo lack of lung capacity. Must stop with the smoking. Also started going to the gym 3 time a week with boothmate. I will fit back into my size 6 pants and I will have muscle definition dammit!
Made mad frantic drive to Wally-World for new Harry Potter. They were sold out but said that the Jewel-Osco was reputed to still have a few in stock. Mind you that it was 11:30 at night when this occured and Osco closed at Midnight. Drove with uber haste to said store.. ran in franticly searching (shut up, I'm in Wisconsin what else am I supposed to do?).. found book.. held it aloft and made warrior cry of triumph.. bought it.. took it home.. and am now done reading it.
Mmmph. It was well done. That's all I'm going to say about it. Very well done. Some parts were predictable.. other's somewhat unexpected. Muchos satisfied.
People should really call me.
Heh.. Grog got old job back (AGAIN).. fires should start more often.
Insurance will supposedly be paying me cash for the dent in the truck. Must get appraisal done today. After I get check from insurance company I will be selling the truck. We're having personality conflicts and it really would probably be best that we part ways. I'm thinking a Volvo and I would get on nicely. Plus then I can make all sorts of crude genitalia jokes. Sweet.
Still missing of people and home. Seriously considering flying back for a couple of days. Dumb huh? Yeah. I know. I never said I made the most sense.
Should really check regular e-mail and get motivated. Still have an 8 hour day of work ahead of me.
Oh yeah.. started learning Hawaiian again out of boredom. Really wish I had brought my Russian immersion tapes with me.
