Bang Bang Baby
Sep. 12th, 2005 04:33 pm4 more days till I leave the country. Uber weird. Gone for 3 months, then have to drive across the country to come back home.
Currently located in Maryland. Staying on site at the Maryland Ren Faire site with Kristi. Sleeping in the tower of a booth, which is mostly like sleeping outside except there is a sort of roof over our heads. Little leaf bugs like to crawl on my pillow while I sleep.
Ran into the ex-husbandish yesterday. Completely odd. First saw him then shrieked and ran away. Then saw him later and actually exchanged words. I managed to be pleasant. Go me. He apparently still harbors warm and fuzziness whereas I harbor only the desire to poke him repeatedly with large sharp spikey things.
Apparently I will also be going into debt with Grog and Dad. I suck. Will try and make up for much sucki-ness when I return.
I really do have more to talk about. Hurry up and wait.
Homesick..and a bit people-sick but excited at the same time.
Kristi and I will be in New York tonight to visit friends.. staying on site at the Tuxedo show.. then off into the city the next day.. then to traipse into the woods to pick wild blueberries and blackberries and raspberries. Freakin hippies.
I have to send a big huge thank you out to For_Tartness... Avenue Q soundtrack is fucking hilarious. Will have to watch the show when I get home.
