Down to the Bone..

Wheeeeee!
Grog and I leave tomorrow night for the Louisiana show... I last minute drafted him ( and I seriously drafted him... I owe him alot for this).. since my pseudo bosses ( I say pseudo only because the booth is actually mine.. but they will have some of their stock in it too).. can't make it out to help set up like they originally thought due to healthy problems on both their ends. And (if) Eeeek! the tent arrives on time it's going to take 3 people to set it up. Kristi will be there Tuesday.. which means Monday I get to fill out my Vendor's packet and go and stand in line for my tax license ( more fun!).. then go cash box shopping and figure out what displays we need to build and make signs and all sorts of fun shenanigans. I do not see sleep in my future for a really long time.
Still working on making stock... second chain shipment hasn't arrived as of yet which is stressing me out to no end.. still have to make like 35 hand webs.. another 15 belts.. and like 15 headdresses.. plus another 70 earrings..which sounds like alot but really isn't since they don't take much time or thought to make..
Gaaahhhh.
Will be meeting Randolph, Jo and Jane at the Texas Renaissance Festival, since they're still doing that show. Will be most interesting to see what it looks like now since I haven't been there in like.. 5 years. I'm excited about that part since there are friends there that I haven't seen in ages.
Had to borrow money from the padre.. and I'm still going to be scraping by with this. I'm pretty much convinced that this show is going to be a loss for me.. but it's at least a start. A big start at that. Will at least get World In Chains some notice, and I have to say.. I'm damn proud of the designs that I've been coming up with lately.
Refined the look of the Handweb... finished a belt today that I'm falling in love with..refined a couple of necklace designs, and coming up with some new headdress designs as well.
Ehh.. back to slaving...
