The flavor of MOLE

On a random whim I found this little box of beef boullion and was reading the side.. because one side is in spanish and the other in english.
Verbatim.. this is what it says..
"Use one or more cubes to enhance the flavor of soups, stews, sauces, MOLE, rice, vegetables and pasta.
I capitalized mole for em-phasis. But.. what the hell???
Since when do we eat moles on a regular basis???
I peeked to the other side, and it says it in spanish as well. Not Guacamole.. just..mole.
And then I wonder about the flavor of mole.. and Molly and I start talking about the guac-less mole.. adn well
It all sounds just a little dirty.
