Adventures in Nudity..

Every now and again I get a wild hair to try something different. New tattoo.. new hair color.. piercing. Just, something new.

This week was dye the hair and gauge up my nose piercing a little. And to try taking tasteful nude photos.

What I wound up with was darker hair that has a HINT of purple, a sore nose.. and some, well.. if not tasteful, they're at least cheesy..photos. And cheese is tasty.. so that's close right?

I've long been a member of the Impudent Strumpet club. I was born with a lifetime membership. It's just my nature, and I have to say I love it. I won't lie. Most of the time it's unconscious, because when I try and do it deliberately I wind up acting like the Ultimate Nerd.

But if there is one thing that I truly love, it's the naked form. No matter what size or shape, male or female, naked is beautiful. Even if I feel that I need to change my size( I'll admit to being Highly Unsatisfied with my weight) , or am not attracted to someone over "XXX" amount.. the naked form is still something to admire. Sex, and sensuality are gifts. It's when they're twisted for manipulation and abuse that they become tainted. Desire is a sweet addiction.

So below. ( and most CERTAINLY under a cut).. are attempts at naked, or at least,.. half naked photos. No bits are exposed. I'm not that brave yet. I'm still unsure of how to feel about them, but I wanted to at least make the attempt.




Like I said.. Cheese is rampant here.. but I liked the whole negative effect. It's fun.



This one is similar.. except with the blue wash. I'm tempted with calling it "Moon Goddess".. except that's probably giving it way too much credit.



Heh.. and now for Super Tramp(my super hero double)! As Trashy as I can Be! I kinda resemble a drag queen. This is why I don't wear make-up that often. But what the hell. You may proceed with the laughter.



That's probably enough over exposure for the day. And these folks.. are my trashiest cheese photos ever. I hope you were entertained. And my apologies.

They all look great, but the negative picture is amazing. It is alluring and sensual, with a hint of something otherworldly. Thank you for sharing this with us.

Thank you! I much appreciate it.. I'm still massively unsure about them.. but the positive feedback makes me feel less of a nerd.

The one thing I do like is the way that tattoos show up with the negative effect. Yay for cheesy special effects.

I'd recommend it... if anything it does seem to break down walls with yourself. Kind of like a challenge. And I think you'd probably look fabulous.

But on the topic of relative XXX attractiveness: Have you ever seen/heard of a book of photographs called "Women en Large: Images of fat nudes"? A couple of my aunties were involved with the project, and it's really breathtaking. There's even a poem in there called something like "where my ass is" and it's wickedly brilliant - all about how her ass gets into all kinds of trouble when she's not looking (it's always behind, you know.)

You should make the blue one into a regular userpic. I like it.

And thank you,.. I'm still extremely ..bashful? I'm not sure what the proper word is for it.. unsure.. really.. about the photos.. but we only live once.. so fuck it. Might as well...

I'm really glad we were able to at least hang out for just a little bit.. will have to see if I can scrape some cash aside to take a trip to New Zealand..Grin.

Hmm, you have always struck me as someone very comfortable in their own skin. If you ever want some critique of some people that are professional (and amature for that matter) I belong to an lj communtiy called artinnudity (too lazy to do the tag thing) You can always get a good opinion of the best way to take the tasteful nudes. :)
